Prices and payment
All amounts on the website are incl. 25% VAT and priced in Danish currency: Kroner (DKK).
MINOFORM accepts online payments with Dankort, Visa and Mastercard.
Payment is only debited to your account when the physical item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
MINOFORM uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by unauthorized persons.
Delivery
Next delivery in week 12.
MINOFORM ships goods with carrier, GLS and PostNord depending on the size and nature of the order.
We deliver free of charge to the whole of Denmark, with the exception of landlocked islands, Greenland and the Faroe Islands. The exception is orders under DKK 1000.
Detailed information on delivery time and place is agreed per mail.
On veneered shelves and special shelves, however, a delivery time of 3-5 weeks must be expected.
If there are special circumstances that result in a longer delivery time, you will be contacted.
It is possible to make an agreement for free collection of your order directly from our production and warehouse:

The item must be attached to the order confirmation.
Note: We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.
Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all defects in material and manufacturing.
Complaint regarding errors and defects must be reported to MINOFORM within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.
The complaint is waived in case of incorrect or unusual handling of the product.
MINOFORM covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.
